During a routine inspection

We spoke with people living at the home comments included; 'they are very nice to me', 'I don't think there is anywhere better', 'the meals are tasty', 'they come in and out to check on us', 'I am quite satisfied with it the staff are really good', 'I have nothing at all to grumble about everything is fine', 'I have never found anything to grumble about my bedroom is always clean and tidy, they knock on the door before they come in', 'the place is always clean and tidy', 'the staff are very kind and considerate and very well mannered' and 'they are never ratty with you.'
