All inspections: Grosvenor Mews Care Home

We spoke with three people living at the home. They told us that staff were patient and caring and always provided help and support in a way that suited them. Comments included; "They are champion they all work very hard" and "this one over here is very good he helps me a lot." Another person told us that staff were very kind and patient and were "always around to help."

We spoke with visitors who told us staff were friendly. We spoke with visitors who did not know what a care plan was and had not been involved in the care planning process.

'the staff are kind, they talk to her whilst they are hoisting explaining what they are doing and reassuring her'

'staff always seem to approach people with respect'

'pureed meal comes on a plate with meat and vegetables separate, the meals are always hot and she always seem to enjoy the food'

'staff are welcoming, they don't mind when you visit'

'I was invited to come and have a look round before we decided to come here'.

People we spoke with had no complaints but felt comfortable in reporting any concerns or complaints they may have with the manager.
