During a routine inspection

We spoke with visitors who told us: 'staff are very, very good', 'I am very happy that 'x' is safe and well cared for', 'I have no concerns whatsoever', 'the staff are lovely, I am really pleased with the care', 'they are all very good with 'x' and she loves them all', 'they let me know if 'x' is not well or if the doctor visits', 'I have no concerns about staff attitude they treat people with respect and have a really good approach and they are kind', 'they are like an extended family', 'x' is quite happy with the meals', 'rooms are a little small but very nice and they have all the equipment 'x' needs', 'I am able to come and visit whenever I want to', 'staff seem well trained and knowledgeable'.
