Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The maximum of 45 service users can only be accommodated if the two ground-floor garden suites, '37/38' and '31/32' are vacant and are assessed as suitable for the purpose of accommodating two service users in line with your policy and procedure on shared bedrooms. This means that the maximum number of service users that can be accommodated at ShawCare@HighWray will be 43, until such a time that either suite number '37/3'8 or '31/32' becomes available and is assessed as suitable for the purpose of accommodating two service users in each.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at ShawCare@HighWray.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum number of 45 service users at ShawCare@HighWray.
