Also, "I have used the agency for years. Every now and again I need assistance to support the other arrangements in place. They try very hard to make arrangements to give support when requested. They are very friendly. Good decent people." They told us that they felt staff had received the training they needed to do their jobs.
We found that the people who use the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.
Both people we spoke with said they felt able to raise concerns or complaints about the service. They told us, "The manager comes and see me to ask if there are any problems. But they know I would get on the phone to them if I had any concerns."
