Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Within 28 days of this condition taking effect and monthly thereafter, the registered provider must conduct formal audits in relation to the following:
a. Nutrition and hydration needs, this must include; modified diets, dietary needs and weights
b. Care plans and associated records
c. Consent, capacity and DoLS
d. Storage of confidential information
e. Staff recruitment
The provider must submit a monthly report detailing the audits undertaken, issues identified, and actions taken or planned to address shortfalls. Copies of the audit report and resultant action plan must be sent to the Commission on the first Monday of each calendar month.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 45 service users at St Andrew�s Nursing and Care Home.
