During a routine inspection

We spoke to a number of young people and parents when we visited the unit. They all told us they were happy with the service being provided. Staff were described as 'very caring and helpful'. Parents told us they had not felt 'judged' by staff and the on-site school was 'fantastic'. Young people were able to keep in regular contact with their families and friends via the telephone and weekend visits. Parents could telephone staff on the unit for information or if they had concerns.
