During a routine inspection
One relative told us that the care staff were "very competent" and another person said that the carers were "great and very helpful." All of the staff we spoke with said they received good support and training from the provider to enable them to carry out their work duties effectively.
Before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.
Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.
People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.
The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.
There was an effective complaints system available.
