During a routine inspection

Staff introduced us to all seven of the people living in the home. Most of them could not speak so we were not able to talk with them directly. We spent some time sitting in the lounge in one of the bungalows, observing what people were doing, how staff interacted with them and how they seemed to be feeling.

People who lived in the home appeared happy or content and one person told us 'My friends are here.'
