Updated 15 February 2026

Date of Assessment: 24 February 2026 to 31 March 2026. The service is a residential home providing support to adults of all ages living with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder or mental health needs. There were 4 people living in the home at the time of the inspection. This assessment was carried out due to the age of the current rating. We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’. This guidance supported judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choice, independence and access to local communities that most people take for granted. People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, and the principles of the mental capacity act were followed. People received care which was person-centred and promoted their dignity, privacy and human rights. The registered manager encouraged staff to be open, transparent and inclusive. Systems were in place to safeguard people from abuse. Where risks were identified these were assessed and plans put in place to mitigate them. Staff were recruited safely and received training and support. People received support to receive their medicines safely and were protected from the risk of cross infection through safe practice. There were systems in place to ensure staff worked together as a team and with other professionals to provide people with care and support and people and their relatives were involved in the care planning process. The provider had quality assurance systems in place to monitor the delivery of peoples care and ensure improvements were made.
