During a routine inspection

There is only one person who uses this service. This resident has been cared for by the provider for over 40 years. We met the resident during our visit and he told us that he was happy living at the home.

The resident said that he was 'well looked after' and that 'he had everything he needed.'

During a routine inspection

There is only one person who uses this service. This resident has been cared for by the provider of the home for 39 years. We met the resident during our visit. He was not able to make any specific comments about the service he received. However, we noted that he appeared happy and relaxed in his surroundings and comfortable in the presence of the provider.
