During a routine inspection
Out of 136 respondents from the patient satisfaction survey between June and December 2011, the majority stated that they were given enough written information about the service and their treatment. The survey also found that patients had sufficient time to consider treatment options, were treated with privacy, dignity and respect; and were informed of the risks related to treatment. The majority also stated that they were given sufficient time to discuss their anxieties and had sufficient training to self-administer their medicines.
