During a routine inspection
The people and relatives we spoke with told us that they were very happy with Glorious Care and they were sad that they were closing down. One person told us 'they have been good to me and I will miss them very much'. They also told us 'they always ring us to let us know if they are running late so we don't worry'. The relatives told us that their care staff came on time most days and they never had any of their care calls missed by staff.
The people and relatives told us that their care staff knew how to meet their needs and called them by their preferred name. They said all care staff spoke to them in a respectful manner. One person told us if they had any concerns, they would speak to the manager because they would listen to them. They also told us that the agency had been 'brilliant' and the staff were 'wonderful and caring'.
