We carried out an announced comprehensive assessment of all 5 key questions (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led). This assessment was carried out to provide a rating and assess the quality of services being delivered as this practice had not been assessed since registration in June 2022. For this assessment we carried out interviews with the lead GP using video conferencing and reviewed documents submitted as evidence. We completed clinical searches of the practice’s patient record system remotely. We carried out an on-site visit of the practice and spoke with patients, staff and members of the practice’s patient participation group (PPG).
