During an inspection in response to concerns

The people we spoke with were very happy with the support received from Allied Healthcare Reading. They had been actively involved in planning the support provided and felt safe when being supported by the staff. People felt that staff had been trained and knew their job well. They said that consistent carers were usually provided by the agency. People knew how to complain to the agency if necessary. When an issue had been raised it had been dealt with satisfactorily.
