During a routine inspection

We saw that the reception area was well organised, the receptionists were welcoming and people were seen on time. We looked at Finsbury Healthcare's most recent patient survey results which were very positive. For example, 100 per cent of people surveyed said they had confidence in their doctor's ability to provide care.
