During a routine inspection

During the inspection we spoke with three of the four people who used the service. They told us that they were happy with the care and support they received.

One person who used the service told us that they were supported to attend a local college, and to regularly go to church. Another person told us they often helped with household tasks.

We looked at care records. These showed that individual needs had been assessed and plans were in place to meet those needs. People we spoke with told us that the service included them in discussions about their care plans.

We looked at staff training records which showed that a range of appropriate training had been provided to assist staff in meeting the needs of the people they supported.

We looked at the environment which we found to be clean and well equipped. We also reviewed the provider's quality assurance processes.
