Our overall rating of well-led at St Andrews Healthcare Northampton has changed to Inadequate. Forensic inpatient or secure wards and wards for older people with mental health problems were rated inadequate. Wards for people with a learning disability or autism and long stay or rehabilitation mental health wards for working age adults were rated as requires improvement. Acute wards for adults of working age and psychiatric intensive care units and services for people with an aquired brain injury were rated as good.
