Our overall rating of safe at St Andrews Healthcare Northampton has changed to Inadequate. Forensic inpatient or secure wards and wards for older people with mental health problems were rated inadequate. Services for people with acquired brain injury, wards for people with a learning disability or autism and long stay or rehabilitation mental health wards for working age adults were rated as requires improvement. Acute wards for adults of working age and psychiatric intensive care units were rated as good.
