People that live at Rosedale House told us, "Everybody seems friendly. They (staff) are always cheerful" "The staff are very good". Another person told us that the staff are very helpful. People that live at the home told us that if they were unhappy they would tell the manager.

A person who moved into the home recently told us that there was a good atmosphere in the home which was very important to them.

Relatives told us that, "I think it's lovely. It's always spotless". Another relative said that, "If you ask for something they'll do it".
