During an inspection looking at part of the service

This review took place to check the provider had made improvements in relation to some concerns we identified in the last review. Following our last visit to the service we spoke to some people using the service. Most people gave us positive feedback about the service they were receiving. Therefore, we did not seek further feedback from people using the service during this review.

During a routine inspection

People told us what is was like to receive a domiciliary care service from Prestige Homecare. We were also told that care worker's respected people's homes and where personal care was involved, privacy and dignity was also maintained and respected. One person told us that they were happy with the carer's during the week but sometime's were unsure which carer's would come at weekends. Most people using the service felt that care worker's did a good job but "some do their jobs better than others".
