Prema Court
We have taken enforcement action and imposed conditions on Deepdene Care Limited registration at Prema Court, from the 2 June 2026. These conditions restrict the number of people who can live at the location and require the provider to produce a written report each month, setting out any actions taken or proposed at Prema Court in respect of addressing environmental shortfalls.

Workforce wellbeing and enablement
Theproviderhad not always cared about and promoted the wellbeing of their staff. Staff were currently not delivering person-centred care to people with a regulated activity. Staff spoke positively about their role and working at Prema Court. As the team was small, staff worked closely together. Staff said communication between the team was effective, with daily handovers, regular meetings and a monthly newsletter.
A staff handbook was available. This provides information for staff about their employment rights and what is expected of them. Information also explores areas such as equality and diversity, flexible working arrangements, harassment and bullying and whistleblowing.
