During a routine inspection

People told us they were supported to go shopping, do their chores and do activities in their local communities. They said staff were "helpful","very good" and "kind and thoughtful". One person said "if there is anything wrong I just tell staff and they'll sort it out". Other people told us staff talked to them about staying safe. They said they would talk to staff about any concerns they may have. They could also phone the office and speak to staff there.

People said they were happy with the care provided. They confirmed that staff treated them respectfully and talked to them nicely. They liked to have the same staff supporting them. A person indicated that staff knew how to use sign language to talk with them.

Not everyone knew about their care plans. Two people said they talked to staff each month about the service they received. People said staff looked after the records.
