There was a robust visitor management procedure in place to ensure people were kept safe. Information available about the home’s visiting protocols was comprehensive.

Staff facilitated numerous ways that people could keep in touch with their friends and relatives including window visits, garden visits, screened visits and face to face visits with one nominated person. There were seven computer tablets available for people to use within the home.

People's health was monitored closely to ensure any signs of Covid-19 infection were identified quickly.
