During a routine inspection
People told us the service was flexible and that the staff who visited them would easily amend routines or tasks if needed. One person told us " They are very, very good and they will do whatever I ask them to do. They have just reduced my hours as we all felt I didn't need as much care. There is no pressure from them - I'd give them a gold star".
People told us that staff arrived on time and that they had opportunities to build good relationships with the people caring for them. One person told us "Excellent carers, always know what I need; on time and punctual; easy to contact and very nice people in the office. What more could you ask for?"
