Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The provider must undertake a monthly audit of the following areas:
i. an audit of care plans for each service user specific to service users’ health conditions, including but not limited to: risks associated with fluid intake and dehydration, constipation, distressed behaviors, continence, diabetes and skin integrity.
ii. an audit of staff deployment, staff training and competency assessments.
iii. an audit of fire safety and infection control.

You must send CQC a report of the audit findings and actions taken in respect of each of the audits within 14 days of his notice taking effect, and thereafter on the seventh day of each month. The report must specify timescales for action to be taken and identify who is responsible to ensure that the required actions are taken.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 59 service users at Pine Lodge Care Home.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Pine Lodge Care Home.
