Well-led
We did not look at all parts of this key question during this assessment. At this assessment we looked at governance, management and sustainability. At this assessment the rating has remained good based on the previous rating for this key question.
To assess the well led key question, we looked for evidence that service leadership, management and governance assured high-quality, person-centred care; supported learning and innovation; and promoted an open, fair culture.
The service had improving systems of accountability and governance to manage and deliver good quality, sustainable care, treatment and support. The service now had a risk register and processes in place for emergencies.

However, the service was in breach of regulation for good governance. Recording around audits did not show what action was being taken to address concerns. The service did not monitor when equipment needed to be replaced.
