During a routine inspection

One of the people who used the service we spoke with said " They always tell me why I need to go to the doctors and always explain what is happening. It is my choice if I have it or not." another said "I am very happy, they take me bowling and to the bingo and I win." We spoke with one person who used the service and when asked if they knew how to complain they said "Yes, I would, I would tell my key worker."

We found that Care Management Group - 7 Debdale was compliant with the regulations we inspected against.

During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people who used the service and they both said they were involved in the planning of their care and the updating of their care plans when they were reviewed.

One person who used the service said'I go out shopping with staff and buy clothes'.

Another person who used the service said' "Staff are all very friendly, they really look after us here, we are going to have a Jubilee party soon'.

The daily records kept by staff showed that the people who use the service live very active life's and have the opportunity to participate in all manner of interesting community based social activities. Two people who used the service told us that they went to daycentre based activities up to 4 times a week
