During a routine inspection
We reviewed a number of recently completed patient questionnaires and some comments recorded included:
'excellent service';
'from start to finish the staff were very supportive and informative';
'I was very pleased with the way I was treated';
'I felt I was in good hands throughout and after care very good'.
