During a routine inspection

People using the service said that staff respected their privacy and dignity. They felt that they were given sufficient information about the procedures, the clinic and the operating hospital. They said that they felt informed about and in control of the treatment they received. People using the service told us that the staff were friendly, welcoming and supportive.
