Workforce wellbeing and enablement
The provider cared about and promoted the wellbeing of their staff and supported and enabled staff to deliver person-centred care.
Shift handovers were structured and ensured staff received up to date information about each person. One staff member told us handover records were stored in an accessible location, enabling staff who had been off duty to review them and update themselves on any changes.
Staff told us they felt supported by the registered manager, especially when they needed flexible working arrangements to help them accommodate personal commitments.
