During an inspection in response to concerns

Relatives told us they felt staff delivered good quality care to their family members. They were keen for the home to transfer to its new location in Harrington Street, Bourne as they felt that the facilities there were much better. The owner was described as a visible presence and relatives felt that he was responsive to issues they raised.

Residents told us that they had chosen their rooms in the new location and were very keen to move. They said that they felt safe and protected in the home. Many residents told us that staff were willing to help them and spend time with them but often were very busy. We were told that all staff provided good care but some staff were more knowledgeable than others.
