During a routine inspection

Due to their needs, people using the service were unable to share their views about the standards of care and support they were receiving. However we spoke to some of their relatives/representatives and they all commented positively on the care and support that were being offered. Comments included, 'the staff are good' and 'staff are very friendly'.
