Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must within 14 days of this Notice taking effect send the Care Quality Commission an action plan on the outcome of your own audits in relation to;
a-Service user health care needs and any risks identified (including weight monitoring)
b-Environmental checks and audits
c-Health and Safety checks and audits
d-IPC checks and audits
The report should contain the risks identified, action taken to mitigate the risk, details of timescales for improvements and who will be responsible for them.
Thereafter the Registered Provider must send a monthly report regarding their progress on the first Monday of each month to the Care Quality Commission.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only Accommodate a maximum of 20 service users at Selborne Mews.
