During a routine inspection
During the visit there were no visitors to the home who could speak on behalf of their relatives but we had received a call prior to our visit from a relative saying how pleased they were with the quality of care in the home.
People could tell us they were content with the care they received.
"It is nice here and the [staff] are good...some of the others can be difficult but [the staff] look after them and I go to my room when I need a bit of peace...".
"Aye...I am fine here...they are all right with me".
"I get good dinners and they do the washing and the cleaning so I just relax".
"It is all very nice...I live here and it is my home".
"I like my room, its a bit small but its nice".
