During a routine inspection
Relatives and people we spoke with told us they were 'extremely happy" and 'thoroughly satisfied' with the support provided and said the service provided was 'excellent'. One person we spoke with said,''It's marvellous care and flexible'.
The agency had in place all the necessary equipment to support the operation of a busy domiciliary care agency.
We reviewed the recruitment records of five staff. We saw that all staff had been recruited using an effective and robust procedure that included all of the appropriate checks to ensure that the person being employed was of good character.
We looked at a number of client feedback questionnaires completed at different times over the last year. Overall most people were very happy with the service provided.
