The provider made it easy for people to share feedback and ideas, or raise complaints about their care, treatment and support. Staff involved people in decisions about their care on a day to day basis.

When complaints had been raised, the staff had acted on them. People knew how to contact the office if they needed to. The provider had carried out some surveys with people to gather feedback, actions had been identified, such as informing people of staff delays.
