During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who had used the service during the visit. They expressed their satisfaction with their treatment and the support staff provided. Two people said that staff had made sure that the treatment options were fully explained and that they knew what to expect. People said that staff made sure that they were informed of the risks and benefits of treatment before they gave consent. They had plenty of information supplied to help them make a decision. They said that after their treatment staff telephoned them to make sure that they were well and had no concerns. People were also given a list of contacts so that they could seek help if they needed it.
