We were unable to communicate verbally with people living at the home but we observed their interactions with staff on the day of our visit.

During an inspection in response to concerns

I was not able to speak to people who use this service. However I did observe the interactions between staff and the people who live at Muston Road and they were relaxed and people were seen to be following their own routines. Where one person displayed challenging beahviour the staff treated them with dignity at all times and followed the care plan.
