During an assessment under our new approach
Mollie’s Hebe Healthcare is a supported living service for up to 12 people. The service is registered to provide support to older people, younger adults, people with a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder or mental health diagnosis. It is also registered to provide care for people with a physical disability. A supported living service enables people to live independently in their own homes, offering tailored, personalised support and care ranging from a few hours to 24 hour care. The site consisted of 12 individual self-contained flats, plus a communal area and communal kitchen.
The inspection included 2 announced visits, given at short notice which took place on 25 and 26 February 2026. This was the first inspection of the service.
We assessed the service against ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ guidance to make judgements about whether the provider guaranteed people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices, independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted.
People were supported by a group of staff who had been safely recruited and who knew them well. Staff were provided with an induction and training to enable them to have the skills and knowledge to support people safely and effectively and in the way they wished.
Staff knew people well, knew what was important to them, the risks to them and how they wished to spend their time and live their lives.
The registered manager and deputy manager ensured they were accessible to people and staff and promoted a positive living and working environment. There were a variety of checks in place to continually assess the quality of the service and obtain feedback from the people who used the service in order to learn lessons from events and improve service delivery.
