Staff treated patients with kindness,respectand compassion.

Weobservedpositive interactions between staff and patients both in person and on the telephone. Staff displayed an understanding of patients’ needs and showed warmth and compassion to patients.

During our visit we obtained the views of 32 patients.

All but one patient told us that they felt staff were honest and acted with integrity.

Twenty eight out of 32 patients told us the treatment room appeared clean, tidy and equipment looked to be in a good state of repair.

Twenty nine out of 32 patients told us the waiting area appeared clean and they felt safe.

All but one patient told us that staff were professional, courteous, and considerate.

All but one patient told us were treated as individuals, and their personal and cultural needs were respected.

Thirty out of 32 patients told us they were given clear information about the costs before their treatment began.

Patients told us they knew how to complain if they had an issue.

People received care from staff who were aware of their responsibility to respect people’s diversity and human rights, and of the importance of privacy and confidentiality.

Staff felt respected, valued and supported in their roles, and their wellbeing was supported.
