Beyond Leamington Limited

We undertook a follow-up off-site inspection on 24 June 2026. This was carried out to review the actions taken by the registered provider to improve the quality of care and to assess whether the practice was meeting legal requirements.

We had previously undertaken an announced on-site inspection of Beyond Leamington Limited on 26 November 2025. We had found the registered provider was not providing well-led care and was in breach of regulation 17 good governance of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.

During our follow-up inspection, we found the practice had met regulations.

The practice is in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.

There was step-free access to the practice and car parking spaces available, including dedicated parking for disabled people, near the practice.

The practice had 3 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 13 staff, of which there were 4 dentists, 1 orthodontist, 4 dental nurses (including 2 trainee dental nurses), 1 dental therapist, 1 dental hygienist, 1 receptionist and the practice manager.

We carried out this announced on-site inspection on 26 November 2025.

We found the practice had not met all regulations.

Improvements were required to the practice’s systems to identify and manage risks, including fire safety, legionella and the management of medicines, radiography and medical emergencies.

There was scope for improvementin the oversight of systems in place to demonstrate that staff had the skills and knowledge to carry out their roles.

Recruitment procedures generally reflected current legislation although there was scope for improvement.

A new leadership structure had been implemented within the last few months. Staff were working hard to implement new systems and processes to help ensure a culture of continuous improvement.

Staff provided care and treatment in line with current guidance. They treated patients with dignity and respect and ensured access to care, support, and treatment when required.

The practice is in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and provides private dental care and treatment for adults and children.

The practice had 3 treatment rooms. At the time of our inspection, there was a total of 13 staff, of which there were 4 dentists, 1 orthodontist, 4 dental nurses (including 2 trainee dental nurses), 1 dental therapist, 1 dental hygienist, 1 receptionist and the practice manager. We gathered feedback from staff and spoke to a range of staff during our inspection, including 2 dentists, 4 dental nurses (including 2 trainee dental nurses), 1 dental hygienist, 1 receptionist, the practice manager and the practice support and HR manager for Beyond Dental. Beyond Dental currently own a small group of 4 practices.

The provider was not complying with Regulation 17 Good Governance. Full details of the regulation the provider was not meeting are within the inspection report.

We have asked the provider for an action plan in response to the concerns found at this inspection.
