During a routine inspection
People we spoke with said that they were helped and supported by staff.
' the staff are second to none', ' Staff talk to us about our care all the time.'
They also said they could talk to any staff member if they had a concern and would be confident that it would be dealt with.
People spoken with were very complimentary about the staff team. 'The girls are wonderful', 'can't fault the staff, they are just the best' were made by people using the service.
They said that they were asked for their views on how the service was provided and if improvements could be made.
