During a routine inspection
People who were staying in the hospice told us;
'They have involved me in decisions about how I want to be treated'.
'I have stayed in several hospitals in the last five years, but here I have seen that patient service is excellent'.
'There is a choice of good quality food'.
'With the help of the kitchen staff I have been able to have food of the consistency that suits me'.
'The staff are always patient and nothing seems to get them down'.
'everyone is so helpful and kind'.
