During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us they were satisfied with the care being provided in the home. They were involved in the day to day running of the home and were supported to make choices in their everyday lives. They said the staff were good and looked after them well. They were confident to speak to staff if they had any concerns and told us that they were asked if they were happy living in the home.
