During a routine inspection

People told us that they were happy with everything. Some people were able to tell us how they were involved with their care. People we spoke to told us that if they had a complaint they would speak to staff from the agency. They also told us that staff support them to keep their homes clean. During our visit we had opportunity to observe interaction between people who use the service and staff from the agency and found this to be positive. We saw people being supported to choose how they wanted to spend the day and what they wanted to do such as going shopping. We spoke to people about what they would do if they wanted to make a complaint. People told us that if they had a complaint the would speak to staff from the agency. We did not discuss the quality of service provision with people who use the service.
