During a routine inspection

People who use the service told us they had been involved in creating their support plans and essential life plans and they had regular meetings with their key workers. They told us they attended regular tenants meetings. They told us they liked the staff and there was always enough staff around. They told us they knew how to raise their concerns or make a complaint.

During a routine inspection

We spoke to two people who use their service. They told us that they were happy with the support they were receiving and were happy where they were living. One person told us that the staff working with them was 'nice'.

One person told us that staff supported them to visit their fianc' on a weekly basis and another individual had been supported to visit a friend they used to live with very recently.
