During a routine inspection
They confirmed that they saw healthcare professionals when needed, and they received their medication at the prescribed times. They were happy with the food served in the home, and very positive about the home environment, particularly their bedrooms.
A variety of activities were available, however only some of the people chose to engage with them. People were clear about who they could speak to if they had a complaint or felt at risk of harm. Appropriate quality control procedures are in place for the home, and one person noted 'I like it here ' there's nothing I want to change, other than getting my own place.'
