Risks to Service Users’ safety, well-being and health are mitigated and consistently monitored.

Seven days after the date on which this condition comes into effect and on the first Monday of the month thereafter, the registered provider must send to the Commission a written summary of action taken at Long Lea Residential Home (113 The Long Shoot, Nuneaton, Warwickshire CV11 6JG) to ensure that:
Your governance systems are effective in making, sustaining and improving the quality and safety of the service provided in relation to risk management.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Long Lea Residential Home.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 35 service users at Long Lea Residential Home.
