During a routine inspection

We spoke to five people and their relatives who used the agency. Overall the people we spoke with were very happy with their care. One person told us the staff were 'Fantastic and I look forward to seeing them' and another said 'They are very good.' People and relatives told us that carers always turned up on time and stayed for the allocated time and sometimes longer if extra things needed doing. All of the people we spoke with told us that they felt the staff were sufficiently trained to meet their needs.
